Users of Meta products like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp reported over 190,000 outages starting at 12:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday. As per the website Downdetector, as of 1 p.m., 100,000 Facebook users were reporting issues, mostly with the app. More than 70,000 users reported issues on Instagram.
